In 2008 - 2009, as part of a forward funding structured transaction, Curtis Development partnered with IVG (later operating under the name of Triuva and Patrizia) to develop Horizon Plaza, a modern A-class office property on a neighboring land plot to Curtis Plaza along Domaniewska St. 

Horizon Plaza comprises 36,939 m2 of GLA split across two adjacent buildings, the lower seven-storey building and taller ten-storey building in a characteristic wave shape designed by the famous JSK Architects. The building provides tenants with 34,095 m2 of best-in-class office space, 1,222 m2 of retail space and large 388 m2 terrace on the 10th floor with a great view on the Mokotów district. It offers 576 underground parking spaces for its tenants as well as surface parking for guests.
